Player reviews
What regulars and first-timers say after a night at the citadel.
Booked a tournament booth for our clan scrim and it was flawless — 240Hz screens, zero lag and Sofia casting the grand final. Best gaming venue in central London, full stop.
I came in as a total beginner for a Valorant bootcamp and Priya broke down my aim and positioning in a way that actually stuck. Climbed two ranks the week after.
The VR deck is unreal. Spent half an hour on Beat Saber for a mate’s birthday and the staff had everything wiped down and ready between sessions. We’re coming back monthly.
Weekday mornings are a steal with the 30% off. I get an RTX 4090 rig to myself for a few hours of ranked before work. Fibre connection has never dropped on me once.

Absolutely. Our private tournament booths seat five and can be linked for larger groups, and we run bespoke birthday and corporate packages with catering. Email or call us and the events team will build a run-sheet around your group.
Yes — the counter serves barista coffee, energy drinks, loaded fries and toasties throughout the day. Outside food is not permitted, but we happily accommodate allergies and vegan options with notice.
PCs come pre-loaded with Steam, Riot, EA and Battle.net libraries, consoles cover the latest PS5 and Xbox Series X titles, and the retro lounge has restored arcade classics. If you want a specific game installed, tell us ahead and we will have it ready.
We are at 112 Berwick Street in the heart of Soho, a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus stations. There is no on-site parking, so public transport or cycling is best.
